One known issue in OID 11g is that, when we start OID weblogic server (Admin Server) and the managed server wls_ods1 comes up. But when we try to launch ODSM, it doesn't launch the login page.
To check further, when we login to OID EM page, and click on DIP as shown in below screenshot, we realize that the Quartz Scheduler and MBeans Components under DIP are down.
As a fix, we have to shutdown (even though they are down, initiate shutdown again) and then startup as shown below.
Wait for the confirmation messages like below:
Now, issue startup now.
We should see a confirmation message like below:
Now, when we verify them, we should see them up.
